Worst experience of my life, the customer service is horrible. If you need repairs, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Took my RM125 in there to redo the bottom end and said it would be 530.00 bucks, that was fine but when I paid the total was 650.00. He installed a new sprocket, so he had to add a link to the chain, well the link was installed wrong and within 60 seconds of riding the link broke and popped a whole in the side of the case. Called within just hours of picking it up and basically was told that he wasn’t his problem. Seemed wrong to me because I would think a small business owner would stand by their word and fix it. Finally after arguing for a bit, I was told if I bought a new case, he would take care of me on the labor. Well found a used case on EBAY for 240.00 and got it shipped to me and took the bike back. Well I knew I needed a new chain and asked how much I was going to owe and was told 123.00 for the chain (found one on amazon for 40.00) and 245.00 for the labor. If I knew I would have to pay labor, I would have taken to another shop and had it fixed within a day or two not wait the 3 weeks he took to fix it. I think this is complete BS and told the owner that, of course he won’t respond to my emails any longer. It amazes me that he could still be in business, come to find out most of the people that go there was because they knew the quality of work that the main mechanic had contributed to the shop. Well he had quit right before I took the bike the first time. So for those out there looking for a shop close by, I would advise you to take it somewhere else, because this shop doesn’t care about the customers.
Awful Customer Service. I recently used R&R to redo the floors in my house. Initially, things went smoothly. I tore up the old floor to save some money, which I had discussed with the owner. Monday arrived for installation, and they had the wrong product. It turned out the supplier had sent the wrong product. R&R had not checked to make sure it was correct when they received it, and so we now had to order different flooring. We ordered the same day, Monday, and the owner told us it would be end of week or the next Monday. I didn't hear anything back until the end of the week, and even then, I had to contact them to find out what was going on. They replied it would be next Thursday without any explanation or even an apology. So I went in to their store with my wife to talk about why it was taking so long and see if we could be compensated for going almost two weeks without floors. The owner was rude, still never once apologized, and basically insulted me. I called every flooring company I could to see if I could get anything else sooner so I wouldn’t have to work with R&R, but it was 2 weeks for everybody, so I had to stick with this company. When they did install, they sent an old man and his 15 year old son. The installation was okay, but I will never go back to this company. They were rude, unprofessional, and extremely expensive for the job they did.
My husband and I drove around the neighborhood and were so excited when we saw all the small ponds. We went into the office to find out about renting. We asked them if we could see the rentals available, but we would not be renting until late summer. They wouldn't show us because they were certain they would be gone by then. Our point was to see what their rentals looked like. We then asked about the pet policy and were asked what type of pets. I stated 3 dogs ranging from 8lbs to 49lbs. The lady said we don't accept large dogs, so we asked what the weight restrictions were and she said they don't have any. How do u have no restrictions but don't allow certain sizes. We were so disappointed and upset with how the staff handled our situation.
I called these people on a Friday morning to cancel my half of a joint policy. When i spoke with a lady in the office she said "no problem, i will get this taken care of," I asked if I need to sign anything. She pulled up my policy and said no. On the following Tuesday I find out I am paying for two policies because they were not able to cancel my half of the plan. They had all day Friday and all day Monday to get back to me to let me know this and never did. To top it off, everyone in the office is BEYOND rude, they are inconsiderate and snobby. I will never do business with these people again. I have since filled a complaint with the insurance company they represent stating the unprofessional behavior I experienced when attempting to deal with Bouslog.
NOT PROFESSIONALS!! My Mother-in-law had water damage, farm bureau contacted Chad Overton of Terre Haute to come that evening or the next morning. We waited until noon and called him, he had decided not to come because the insurance company was not going to pay for it. The insurance adjuster told me he would be there and give us a price, he denied having an appointment with us altogether. My Mother-in-law had told him she would pay for the cleanup herself and she always pays her bills, he said he would call back later. When I called him he started yelling at me over the phone. I was shocked that a company that deals in a situation that needs to be started right after the water damages your home, would not show up the day after being contacted when an appointment was made. He started telling me how expensive the process was, again he was told we would pay, will not work for individuals was the bottom line. I would not trust this man to do any work at all. I ended up hanging up while he was still rambling and called the Bloomington office talking to Chase. He said he would call me back that afternoon, he hadn't called back by 5 p.m. I called them again and spoke to the office person, who was to message Chase. Never did return my call, seems he and Chad Overton have something in common, NO SHOWS!!!!!
When seeking help in Greencastle Indiana it seems that everyone immediately directs you to Cummins services. I have not heard anything good of the place and the one phone call I placed making inquiries was incredibly distressing and unhelpful.
I don't recall how I stumbled across Hamilton Center, but I am extremely grateful I did. Their location is a little unusual, but they are easily accessible. receptionist staff there is supportive, friendly, compassionate and helpful. the psychiatrist who covers medications is thorough and professional. My experience with the two different therapists that I have worked with has been positive and I have been able to form a rapport with them in a quick amount of time. (something that is not always easy for me to do.)
Many therapy places leave you with the impression that the people there are just doing a job, it's like dealing with a government agency. Rather cold and distanced. The people at Hamilton Center leave you with the impression that you matter and that they care. This is perhaps the best therapy center I have ever encountered.
I have been taking my vehicles to Don for a couple years now and I was there again today for air condition repair, very friendly staff as well as Don. I would highly recommend to anyone, thanks to a local auto parts store for recommending as the most honest car care in town. Just a thanks for a job well done! Rick
Very disappointing. The service experience I had today makes returning to the Castle impossible. I can't expose my family to this treatment. Been a customer for years. The food is good--a little pricey--but I can't accept the service.
DO NOT TRUST Thatcher RV Sales. Bottom line. I recently purchased a used RV as my first. I recognize my errors in learning the hard way, but ironically the aspects of the vehicle that they raved about are the very components that have fallen apart. "Great rubber" they said. I didn't think so after a tire blew out a week later and I learned about DOT number identification- the inside tires even pre-dated this system from 2000. "Structurally sound. I'd take it to Florida tomorrow" they said. Later I learned about delamination and dry rot. The grey water tank actually fell off of the vehicle- it was supported by rotted wood. "The engine was very well-maintained". I've already been stranded once from the dead alternator and had to replace all fluids and belts. I have learned a great deal about how to really purchase an RV at this point. Bottom line is they will say whatever they can to get you into a vehicle, offer no warranty, explaining that as an industry standard. Buyer Beware!

The Fiber Closet is one of my favorite yarn shops. Cheryl makes it very comfortable for us to gather and to learn. I am in the shop at least once a week. The variety of yarns and other fiber arts supplies is amazing. I am very thankful to have a yarn shop so close to home.
A yarn shop is not made of a fancy building. What makes a good yarn shop is the yarn, knowledgable & helpful staff and a friendly atmosphere. This is my LYS and I am thrilled to have it in Rockville. I visit there at least once a week and have never had an issue with odors. (And I have a very sensitive nose!) Time spent at The Fiber Closet is special to me and never ever considered a waste.
They carry an extensive range of yarns of varying prices and fibers. Speaking as a fiber artist, if they don't have something I need, they can get it for me! They offer classes in spinning, weaving, knitting etc for all levels of crafters. I know I would certainly not be at this point in my career without the help of The Fiber Closet!
I highly recommend Schalburg Heating and Cooling. I had problems on two occasions. Each time I was able to get service call quickly. Technician explained ever action and why. Cost of repairs very reasonable. 5 out of 5!
